- An initial 15 minute chat to discuss your symptoms and my process in more detail
- 3 day food & drink diary to fill out
- Initial 1-to-1 consultation lasting approximately 2 hours – this includes a full assessment of your body systems, diet, lifestyle, environment, medical and family history
- Personalised plan of food and lifestyle recommendations (and potentially supplements)
- 1 hour follow-up consultation and updated plan that supports your journey to wellness
